GENERAL PET POLICY

We all love our furry friends, but here are some general guidelines that can vary based on the property you are interested in.

We can not allow any aggressive or exotic breeds. No puppies are allowed. Your pet will need to be house and crate trained.

The max weight can vary according to the home you are interested in, but a good rule of thumb is under 40 lbs.

We charge a $300 pet fee for each pet and an additional $35 in pet rent per pet each month.

It is also required to upload or email us your vet paperwork so we can verify breed, age, weight, and shot record.
